Atlas wanted its leadership team to leave with a shared three-year plan, not just good photos.
The idea
We co-designed the agenda with their strategy team and built every evening experience to echo the day’s working theme.
The experience
- Morning sessions in a glass pavilion, afternoon workshops outdoors.
- A fireside closing dinner where each team presented their commitment.
- All logistics — flights, transfers, rooms and dietary needs — handled by one coordinator.
