Our story
Started with one annual day. Built on referrals.
Event Cube began when a client asked us to rescue an annual day three weeks out. It ran on time, the CEO stayed until the last song, and the HR team called us again the next year.
Since then we have grown by word of mouth across corporate events, gifting, weddings and private celebrations — keeping the same rule that started it all: one team that owns the outcome, and tells you the truth about budget and time.
Today we work from studios in Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, with a trusted network of venues, fabricators, AV crews, artisans and artists across India.

Our crew builds, rehearses and tests every cue — usually through the night before — so nothing is improvised.
On the day we run the room so you can be in it. Afterwards: photos, a debrief and a reconciled final invoice.
